Inchon (Hangul: 인천; Hanja: 仁川) is a city located in the western part of South Korea, on the Yellow Sea. It is the capital and largest city of Incheon Province, and is situated about 30 kilometers west of Seoul. The name "Inchon" literally means "kind river" in Korean.
