Durhamville is a hamlet (and census-designated place) located in the town of Newburgh, Orange County, New York, United States. It is situated on the east bank of the Hudson River and is part of the Poughkeepsie–Newburgh–Middletown metropolitan area. The community was named after its founder, John Durham, who built a gristmill there in 1824.
