Blairstown is a township in Warren County, New Jersey, United States. It was formed as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 22, 1834, from portions of Harmony Township and Independence Township. The township was named for John Insley Blair, a prominent local landowner and industrialist who had developed the area's iron mining industry.

Blairstown is located in the western part of Warren County, bordering the Delaware River to the west and the towns of Frelinghuysen Township to the north, Hardwick Township to the east, and Harmony Township to the south. The township covers an area of 23.9 square miles (61.8 km²), and as of the 2020 United States Census, the population was 5,477.
