Icosteus ( Greek: Ἰκοστης, translit. Ikostēs) was a Byzantine general and strategos of the Thracesian Theme in the late 9th century. He is known primarily from the account of his campaigns against the Bulgarians in the Kletorologion, a military manual written in the early 10th century.
