Understanding Underlimit in Project Management
Underlimit refers to the amount by which the actual cost of a project exceeds the budgeted or estimated cost. In other words, it is the difference between the expected cost and the actual cost of a project. For example, if a project was estimated to cost $100,000 but actually ended up costing $120,000, then the underlimit would be $20,000 ($120,000 - $100,000).
